Chick-fil-A is always good! They are fast and kind. This location does have a bit of a weird line system. Very confusing and... would not recommend if you are pressed for time. The line overlaps with in and out right there it is a notoriously busy shoppingplaza to say the least. Always worth it for grilled nuggets and a drink with buttermilk ranch! Read more
I love this chick fil a above all the others! The food is amazing but the customer service really goes beyond anything I?ve ever... experienced. A young man named Joey was really helpful and kind to me and with his extensive menu knowledge helped me pick outthe most delicious meal. I will be returning mainly because of the service! Read more
My family and I usually love Chick-fil-A. Especially the San Marcos location. Usually staff is very friendly and personable.... Today however was a disappointment. When our food was brought to our table, the girl didn?t even look up at us, didn?t ask if weneeded anything else or even acknowledge anyone was sitting at the table. She placed our food down rather aggressively andwalked away. Then she served a table across from us and was very nice to them. Asked if she can get the anything else and evensmiled. We have never met her before but due to her lack of customer service with us, we won?t be visiting this location in thefuture. She needs some training! Read more
My brother and I went drive thru and it was very organized and after we order it took a little longer to get our food, but we... got a free cookie and brownie. We also ordered a cookies'n' cream shake and before we left the chick-fil-A employee saw theshake was melting for the longer wait than expected he give us another shake on the house. The traffic from the long drive thru lune forces you to park across the lot near the Sushi restaurant. My cashier wasn't able to... correctly take my name, even after spelling it for her 4 times. If i hadn't looked at my receipt I wouldn't have known when myorder was being served. The girl serving my order was just as confused by the name spelling as I was. Other than those 2 itemsmy experience was like any other Chick-fil-A, professional, polite and great service. Read more
Good food, prepared to order, sometimes a little difficult to order
I don?t usually care for this place but my kids love it that?s why we continue to go back. The service is usually good, except... for today. I found a hair in my sandwich when we got home since we went thru the drive thru and when I called to let them knowhe suggested I put it in there. Now why would I waste my time and gas to go get and exchange for a chicken sandwich. I wasactually looking forward to having this sandwich today! Read more
