I called in an order. I arrived 25 mins later and they said the order was never taken. I was told by Cass they would do a rush... order and it would take 5 mins.20 minutes later, I ask for a refund. They refund me 23 when my total was 51. I speak with Casswho tells me she cannot give me a receipt. I tell her my experience was unacceptable and she tells she does not care and walksaway. Will never go back! Very disappointed in the customer service from Stacy. There was a misunderstanding at the register in which... I did not receive what I wanted and after I asked to get it remade she was very rude. As an employee in customer service, yourjob is to make sure the customer receives what they wanted. Regardless of the type of misunderstanding that took place. Ashleywas the cashier that helped me out and was very helpful. A cook that was walking by was in shock by the way in which Staceyspoke to me. She should not be working in customer service. She acted like the food that was remade came out of her pocket.
