Will never go back! Very disappointed in the customer service from Stacy. There was a misunderstanding at the register in which... I did not receive what I wanted and after I asked to get it remade she was very rude. As an employee in customer service, yourjob is to make sure the customer receives what they wanted. Regardless of the type of misunderstanding that took place. Ashleywas the cashier that helped me out and was very helpful. A cook that was walking by was in shock by the way in which Staceyspoke to me. She should not be working in customer service. She acted like the food that was remade came out of her pocket. Veryunprofessional employee! As a manager at another restaurant, I can tell this employee should not be working here. This is thefirst time I ever write a review but it was most definitely deserved! I called in a pickup for two 6pc combos and I was giving a total of $12 and change. I asked why it was so cheap and the... associate told me there was a BOGO I went ahead and placed the order. When I arrived I was only given one order of the 6pccombo, I talked to 2 associates about it and they both looked at each other and just said only one order was taken. I called in an order. I arrived 25 mins later and they said the order was never taken. I was told by Cass they would do a rush... order and it would take 5 mins.20 minutes later, I ask for a refund. They refund me 23 when my total was 51. I speak with Casswho tells me she cannot give me a receipt. I tell her my experience was unacceptable and she tells she does not care and walksaway. I had to leave without food and a charge of 51 on my card because I had an appointment to get to. Read more

Food was WONDERFUL. Staff was great. The cashier Chad was a very welcoming employee and even when mistakes were made with my... food he helped me with everything and made sure everything was perfect next time it came out. I called to complain to the manager that this is the second time we ordered some epic fries mild with chipotle sauce and there... was barely any sauce. Set up saying I?m sorry that your food was not up to your standards! I was told next time you come inplease ask for extra sauce . This is the worst customer service that I?ve ever had at epic wings!! One of the better locations in terms of quality of food. However, what really sets this establishment miles above the rest is... the customer service. Upon arriving, there was a line of about 6 people who all were attended very quickly by the employeesbehind the register. What definitely stood out was how inviting and helpful Julian was. I dined in and observed as Julian wentaround several times asking all patrons, myself included, if everything was to their satisfaction. He maintained his friendlydisposition and contagious enthusiasm the entire time which made the visit that much more enjoyable. We had a brief conversationand I was on my way. He's a solid addition to the Epic Wings team. Give him a raise! Good job Julian! Read more
