I had a craving for some fried chicken, so I decided to hit up the local KFC. I am so glad that I did! I ordered the 5 piece Big... Terrible service. I was on drive thru and never got acknowledged. I left without food or paying they completely ignored me.... Manager was on a personal phone call!! Never coming back. Owner hire better staff please. It's not such a hardworking yo getsomeone's order. Read more
The drive thru lady was rude. No personality at all. Didn't give us sauces or anything.
I'm not a huge fan of combo restaurants because they lack the specificity of the chain-only counterparts. This was an acceptable... meal but definately could have been better. Read more
Food was good and fresh. The pieces they gave me were large! Service is great, but I wish person at the window would have said... thank you or something rather than instead of just handing me the food and just taking the next order and otherwise ignoring me. Read more
Been a fan of long john silvers for a long time. Sad that this is the only location in North county. Seems that they keep... reducing the menu as well. Love the fish. The chicken planks are better than the KFC o es in my opinion. Would love to see themput on of these in oceanside. Read more
Worst fish ever! I'm a big fan of Long John silver fish. I've been buying it and loving it for years. However this visit was a... little different. I ordered a chicken sandwich and two extra pieces of fish. The fish was so dry and overcooked I couldn't evenget my teeth through it. I drove quite a distance from bonsall to Escondido to buy it. Once I got home I realized that not onlywas the fish dry as well as the chicken fillet inside the sandwich, but there was no receipt included in the bag. I called thestore back immediately and told them what had happened. The gentleman told me that I could either come 10 miles back to thestore or provide a receipt which they never gave me. So I pretty much have no choice but to write it off to experience. Neverwill I return to this KFC / Long John silver's again. Bad food Plus bad customer service not only gets you bad reviews but alsovery upset customers. So I guess my day after Christmas dinner will consist of a PB&j sandwich and a glass ofmilk. Unacceptable! Addition to previous review: I went here again today but for the KFC side. Only because my fiance reallylikes kfc. Again, extremely disappointing. The chicken pieces look like they came from a pigeon. Tiny as excuse for chicken I'veever seen in my life. Also it was very dry that could spending on the counter all day. They've raised their prices tounbelievable heights, they don't let you buy just chicken unless you get all the additions so they can jack up the price on you.Sometimes you just want two pieces of chicken well, that cost as much as a meal. Even if my fiance loves KFC I will not go thereagain. That name used to mean quality. I don't know what has happened to that brand. KFC is the absolute worst. It's actuallyvery sad.
