Rarely do I leave a bad review, I?ll start off with that. I have been a papa johns customer for years and have always been... satisfied with their product. About 3 days ago I ordered some Pizzas and upon arrival the doorbell rang and I walked outside tofind the delivery man walking away and the pizza on my doorstep, I said thank you as I had prepaid my order and my TIP. I walkedthe pizza in the house to my surprise it looked like either he threw it at my door or dropped it somewhere along the way. Triedcalling the store multiple times as I have no way of knowing if it fell on the floor and no answer. The app tells me to file areport for a pizza that I was craving 3 days ago and have gotten no response there either. Look at these photos... so much for?better ingredients, better pizza?
