yuck. for the price ($50 for a medium and large pizza) I can think of 5 other places to get better quality food for the same... amount of $ or less. The "thin and crispy" was no crispy at all. I tried it cuz I hadn't been there for a long time, nowI know better. Read more

Rarely do I leave a bad review, I?ll start off with that. I have been a papa johns customer for years and have always been... satisfied with their product. About 3 days ago I ordered some Pizzas and upon arrival the doorbell rang and I walked outside tofind the delivery man walking away and the pizza on my doorstep, I said thank you as I had prepaid my order and my TIP. I walkedthe pizza in the house to my surprise it looked like either he threw it at my door or dropped it somewhere along the way. Triedcalling the store multiple times as I have no way of knowing if it fell on the floor and no answer. The app tells me to file areport for a pizza that I was craving 3 days ago and have gotten no response there either. Look at these photos... so much for?better ingredients, better pizza? I ordered with DoorDash because Papa John's will not deliver to my house, even though we are close by. I ordered Thin Crust... Pizza, and it came as a normal crust. We also ordered the Cinnamon Pull Aparts, and they tasted old and dry, like they weremade days ago. I called Papa John's because all the mistakes were on their side, not DoorDash. I spoke to the Manager, and hesaid he wouldn't help us because we ordered through DoorDash. The Manager did not care at all that the order was incorrect andthat we were unhappy with the order. Easy ordering and easy pick up.. pizza is solid.

Of the national chains, Papa John?s has a fairly tasty sauce (the sauce is what makes the pizza, IMHO). We ordered a large... sausage (one topping) pizza, and the bill came to $18.25 before the coupon. Seriously? They seem unaware that all of the otherchains are doing a three topping large for $10. It?s not that much better. We were disappointed, too, that the box weighedmore than the pizza. Really. Sure, we ordered a thin crust, but it was practically lighter than air. Papa John?s includes alittle pack of ?Special Seasoning,? which is actually rather tasty, as well as a Peperoncini, but again, not nearly enough tomake-up for the price discrepancy. Read more
