I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. With a brownie to go with. Some of my pizza dough had white spots where it didn't cook... thru all the way and it was really chewy. The pizza was a little warmer than room temperature and it completely threw my eatingexperience off. Seriously disappointed by this. I ate one slice and there away the rest. Both pizzas we received were disgusting, it was not even edible for me. My husband reheated his slices jn the oven. Both pizzas... and bread tasted like day old pizza. Extremely disappointed! For it taking over an hour to receive and the condition we receivedit in clearly lets me know it was ready and sitting their for a driver to be able to bring it to my house. The last two times I have ordered from the San Marcos Pizza Hut my order has been incorrect. This last time I was missing two... orders of breadsticks and I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to be delivered even though the store stated they would besending them right over. The previous time I was given only a $10 credit even though both pizzas that I order were wrong and Ididn?t want to end up with 4 pizzas for only two people to eat. Each time that I have called no one has ever greeted me withtheir name so I have no idea who the manager is and who is just a team member. I have ordered from this location since moving in the area a year ago and have always had great service. That changed tonight.... This location is charging extra for the sauce on the pizza when the app doesn?t. When trying to speak with the manager Daliaabout the situation. Wanting to understand why the change in price Dalia showed no customer service although she claims to havebeen a manager at this location for 5 years. Dalia continued to cut me off, and even claimed that I was yelling on the phoneright before she hung up on me. My family was faced with having to order from another location which is further away but we gotgreat service from the Pizza Hut at E. Valley Parkway and was told that this location should not be charging extra if you selectto change the sauce. Thank you E. Valley for providing customer service. We will be back again. Read more
I came to this Pizza Hut to get some dinner for me and my girlfriend on my birthday. I waited in line, placed my order, and was... told it would be 20-25 minutes. I paid with card and tipped $3. I return 30 minutes later to a long line and I get in the backand wait in it to get into the restaurant because there are only two people allowed in at a time which is understandable giventhe pandemic. When I finally get to the front of the line and give my name, (35 minutes since I placed my order) the workerpulls my ticket out and moves it to the place where they begin the orders. He had left my order ticket sitting there this entiretime and is just now beginning to work on my order. I am currently waiting outside for my order exactly 51 minutes after havingplaced it. Consider hiring more employees? You?re a pizza place right? Make the pizzas. Glad we got that out of the way. Read more
I just ordered a pizza... Its supposed to be the hand tossed pizza and NOT the thin crust.... the pizza I get is super thin... crust and practically drowning in sauce. All I wanted was a pizza delivered. Just one, $16 pizza (the $10 special magically disappeared from the app when I put in my... address) the total came to almost $30!! Delivery fee of $6, which is way too much. $5 recommended tip, which was calculatedbased on the price of the food PLUS tax AND the delivery fee, which is just stupid. The ridiculous extra fees shouldn?t beincluded in the tip calculation. I?m not going to pay $11 for someone to drive a couple miles to drop off a pizza. I cancelledmy order and won?t even consider ordering from Pizza Hut next time I?m in the mood for pizza. I wonder how much business theylose due to their extra fees. Read more
