They earned a star in each category.. Customer Service: Lady at the Counter was very kind, gave me a free drink. Pizza Crust:... Browned Perfectly on the Bottom, and the Edges have a safisfying breadstick bite, can fold wonderfully. Cheese: PerfectlyBalanced with the Crust and Sauce, Browned Perfectly, will not make you think that it needs to be cooked further. Sauce: NewYork Style, balanced acidity, not too salty or sweet, just right. Topping Amount: Very Reasonable amount. not too much where itwould ruin the texture of the pie but not too little where you're wanting for more. plus the quality of each ingredient isenough so you can differentiate it between the other ingredients and the cheese. Grew up working in a pizzeria for 4 years on the east coast in Jersey this is the only local spot I will hit for pizza. Very... difficult to find good quality pizza out here but union pizza absolutely hits the spot. Not only do they sell by the pie butalso by the slice which I really like. I just picked up a large ?New Yorker? pizza from here yesterday and was delectable. Their ?New Yorker? has pepperoni, beef,... mushrooms, and garlic on a red sauce pie with mozzarella of course. Only $19.99 for an 18 inch large! My buddy and I bothagreed that this is now in our top ten best pizzas we?ve ever tasted in our lifetime. First of all, the customer service is IMPECCABLE! The beautiful young lady with the dark hair who works at the cashier is sooooo... sweet & professional. While I waiting on my order she brought my slice to me at the table, gave me a free drink and dessert. Shewas very friendly. Secondly, my order came out in a timely manner and it was super fresh! Third, the price was so reasonablefor such a large pie (18? with several toppings). Lastly, I lived on the east coast for years before this and I really have tohonestly say that the taste and quality of this pizza is a 10/10, even with coming from the other side with really highexpectations of ?REAL? pizza.
