Oh Coronavirus Pandemic, I hate you. I have been dining at this location since it opened. Yes, the pandemic has affected... everything. I get that and I am sympathetic. Today ... I don't know if they were just short-staffed, employees overworked orjust plain didn't want to be there. Apparently, long gone are the days of a welcoming cashier. We dined at an off time when therestaurant wasn't busy. Not one employee we encountered was smiling. I was polite to all. I joked with my bf after we left,well, we did all but cook our own meal. We wiped off the dirty table, we had to go back to the counter and politely ask for thecilantro with the same cashier who clarified our order, we later asked her for a cover for the cilantro cup when she wassweeping near our table, "you have to ask over there", as she pointed. Barely an guac on my Fish Taco Especials. Just increasethe price . I chose to dine here as a treat. M'yeah. I don't envision a return in the near future. Sorry ... Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Food prep/appearance is inconsistent. Cash register workers are frequently... unfriendly. Found a broken piece of plastic in my burrito today. Thought it was a fish bone but then remembered I was eating ashrimp burrito. You tell them what salsas you want, and they bring you the wrong ones. When you ask for what you originallyasked for (and it's clearly on the receipt), they are confused by the request. This appears to be a management issue. Goelsewhere for food in this area, there are tons of other options. If you're craving Rubio's, go to a different location. Read more

Bianca is the least welcoming service worker I've ever experienced at this location! I wish I could say this was my first time... she waited on me, I use that term loosely.... Went in for their Tuesday special. Two original taco plate to go. It took 30 minutes to get my order and it wasn’t busy at... all! A customer that ordered after me got his meal, ate it and left before I even got my order! I guess that particularRubio’s isn’t very organized! The two male kitchen workers were moving so slowly, it was very strange. I thought men withlong beards were supposed to cover them in the food prep jobs?!? Where's the fish? Seriously it looks like they chopped the strips for fish tacos in half. Very disappointed, if they are doing... like everyone else cutting portions. They went to far for me. I will go elsewhere (not rubios) or not do fish taco anymore. Iwent to the link, filled the questionnaire/form out. They credited my account for a entree. I did go back. SLOW SLOW SLOW.... It took 45 minutes to get my order right! Rubies is my favorite but they delivered our soups cold....... then when taken back, they forgot about them! Still not hot! If you're not familiar with Rubios then you're in for a treat. The salsa bar alone is incredible but too are the amazing fish... tacos. If fish is not your thing there are other delights. The healthy menu at Rubios and their consistent good taste bring meback again and again. Read more
