I typically love rubios and all other locations have been really good to me but at this one, I am extremely unsatisfied as a... customer. I've placed a phone order here in the past and it took 30 minutes (once I arrived) to have my food ready (phone orderwas placed 30 mins prior to arriving) and I didn't say anything because I thought, "hmm I bet their just having a rough day."I've worked in the food industry and I know what it can be like... but now I'm saying something. I came here tonight at 8:34pm(they close at 9) and was turned away because their "backed up" yet again. It's really disappointing when u tried to call in urorder 30 mins ago and no one answered (to give them a head start). I will not be returning here. I don't know what has to changeat this location, but I hope it does for future customers. Read more

I really wanted something with fish tonight. Either a burrito or sandwich, so decided to go to Rubios. The Mahi burrito was... great & they put the rice on the side just like I asked. The gal at front was super helpful and friendly. However, my freshgreens weren't so fresh. More than half of it was old and rotting a bit. I wanted to post a pic, yet unable to do so.. my phoneis old...lol anyway everything else was great. I love salad, so will never order that again. Read more

Horrible customer service I received from the General Manager Veronica. I called to confirm my online order was received because... I got an error online when I paid. I just called to verify because my card was charged and was treated very poorly by Veronica.I understand they were probably busy and she was under stress but she did not have to hang up on me. What can I say Rubio's is always pretty good. It is great for a quick meal. Their salsa verde (green chili) is very tasty too.... This particular Rubio's is inside a building with ColdStone so the desert is a easy choice. Read more

I ordered the ancho shrimp burrito and got some tomatillo salsa on the side (something different from my usual order of 2... original fish tacos which are always good). Each bite was good but I will note that it began to turn to mush towards the end. Iguess its something to be expected from a burrito not only filled with shrimp but also with rice, beans and delicious sauciness.Tasty nonetheless. Best Customer Service Ever!!!! I?m Allergic To Guacamole, My Order Was Incorrect, I called to complain and the manager and... employees were super kind!!! Offered me a refund, fixed my order and went above and beyond to offer me a complimentary entree mynext visit which they fully honored my next visit and knew my name!
