Got my kids out of school and plan was to go to Costco business center next door so we decided to go against our healthy choices... and eat at Sonics. Placed our order and waited about 10 minutes and no problem. Once the order came right off the bat the frieslooked very old and dry, when I took a few and ate them they were perhaps sitting under the neon lights for a long long time.Next I opened our cheese burgers, Sonics#1 from the menu board, which includes onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles etc. however, notomato, and no lettuce, look at the pictures. The burger looked really sad and depressing. Called in and Melissa came in. Shewas very nice and apologetic, and rushed to make it right. Waited another 5 minutes and she came back and gave us our burgerswith the missing vegetables, however, they were the same burgers and no signs of tomatoes, or lettuce. Called and the managercame in and got my money back and went on our day. Won?t ever try and make this mistake again. Sonics you lost a new customerfor good. Read more
10:50 PM 09/24/22 Had very rude customer service. It?s been awhile since I had a date night with husband and we came to sonic,... the lady who attended us had an attitude and kept answering my questions short and fast with a tone. Horrible experience. Read more
Be aware of Old Food Served. They Don't Serve Fresh Food. Regardless if you believe it or not Just Take your time to check.
I usually love Sonic but this was my first visit to this location and I was very disappointed. I was the only car in the drive... thru and it took 3+ to even be greater. Once the young man came on he spoke so softly that I had to ask him to repeat himselftwice. Once my order was placed there was 1 car ahead of me. Their order took at least 5 minutes of me waiting. Once theyleft I pulled up and I never saw an employee for 5 min. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. The employeegreeted me, took my $ and went back inside. He returned with my food & drink then asked if I needed anything else. I didn'thave a straw & asked for some ketchup...back inside he went. And each time he went inside he had to electronically open thedoor. He came back with my straw, no ketchup, but I was done with this horrible experience. I ordered the BLT combo w/tots. The menu board picture shows this sandwich on toasted bread...mine was on a bun with NO tomato. Unfortunately, this experiencewas awful. I truly do like Sonic but I won't be coming to this location again. Read more
Sonic has Great food, pretty disappointing on how our food came out this time , tots and fries super greased up , over... cooked. ordered a double cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich I don?t understand how they can confuse the two . overalldisappointed, make it great how it use to be please!! Wish I could rate this Sonic location just based on their menu. But the wait at this location is totally unacceptable. Many... other reviews here are saying the same thing over the past few weeks / months. Took over 20 minutes 3 items and only 3-5 othercustomers during that time. Read more
