Horrible customer service at this location. I was there yesterday and they double charged me for my drink. The women ringing me... up said her register froze after I had inserted my card and the pin pad showed ?approved? after the transaction. She said sinceshe didn?t see it on her end she would have to ring me up a second time. I told her I didn?t want to get double charged but sheassured me it hadn?t gone through. I paid on the second register and afterward pulled up my account and saw I had sure enoughbeen charged twice. I asked for a refund for one of the charges and they refused to give it to me! I even showed them my accountonline with the two charges. I asked for a manger and was told she was unavailable....just wow. It wasn?t until I asked for thecorporate phone number that the gentleman behind the counter decided to refund me. I was late for work spending 15 minutesdealing with this and pleading for my refund. Horrible costume service and very unprofessional at this location. I?ve never hadan experience like this at any Starbucks before. I won?t be going to Starbucks anymore. Read more
Inconsistent! The Extra Dry Cappuccino I ordered today turned out to be a sloppy wet late. This is super frustrating as I used a... delivery service. I wish your baristas would get this right all the time. Perhaps they just don?t care. Read more
My kids and I enjoy walking to this Starbucks location for the past year after moving here in 2020. The staff is friendly and... lots of room for social distancing. We usually get some blended drinks and warmed up pastries, always good! Read more
Starbucks as a chain is already pretty "posh" as is, but the staff at this location give it a very welcoming and genuine touch.... Everyone is friendly, the community is amazing, and it all seems to make the coffee that much more worth it. Nice job, keep itup! Read more
Spacious Starbucks, nice wooden tables and chairs. Good seating inside and out. Easy parking, interesting community with obvious... plans for growth. Don't need to be Nastradamus to see that! Across from a nice park with lots of seating and a big waterfountain. Read more
At this location, they alway make my drink wrong. The employees seem like they don?t care about their job at all?
