There is something off about this one. Unusual for a Chick Fil A but extremely slow. 6th visit since moving here 7 weeks ago.... In store these guys are amazing, however for delivery I never receive an accurate order. The last time I ordered delivery, I... ordered a bowl of soup and received a cup. This time I ordered soup, a drink, and a medium fruit cup: I received a small fruitcup, no straw, and no silverware with my meal. My biggest issue is the sizing, especially if I?m receiving a smaller size than Ipaid for. But little things do add up. Other than that it?s a great place. Read more
Always a consistent service. The team members are always upbeat and quick with both their smile and service. I have not once... received an order missing items or made incorrectly. The workers are literally so nice but my problem isn?t with their customer service but rather the quality of the food. I got... these undercooked fries that were really gross, the bottom of the box was soaked from oil. I asked the worker nicely if i couldget a new one which she gladly did but i was just given fries that were only slightly more cooked. I?m pretty sure they werejust trying to get the orders out but i definitely think it?s something to pay more attention to on cfa?s end. Read more
I was visiting in San Marcos and got a room at the Super 8 which is right next door to the Chick-Fil-A. So, I walked over and... grabbed me something to eat. I believe it is the biggest Chick-fil-A around. It has a huge parking area. The inside is reallylarge as well. The people working there were really friendly and I was in and out in no time. Read more
