We didn?t come to Chili?s expecting fine dining, just a quick and cheap meal. We got neither. Only giving 3 stars because our... server was awesome and super apologetic. He was clearly doing his best with an understaffed and poorly managed restaurant. As agroup of 5, we were seated at a long wood table that rocked a SIGNIFICANT amount. Enough to where we were knocking things offthe table just by leaning or bumping the edge. The napkins shoved under one leg tells me that it?s a known issue - managementshould not let things that simple slide. It?s an easy repair. We all ordered the ?3 for me? deal (RIP 2 for $25.) I orderedchips and salsa and my friends all ordered options with queso. My chips and salsa came out 10 minutes later. Good thing it?sendless, because it took close to 40 minutes for my friends to get their dips. Our entrees came out immediately after, so afternearly an hour we had a table full of appetizers and entrees all at once. This wouldn?t be so bad if the entrees weren?t,somehow, cold. The salsa was flavorless tomato water and the skillet queso can be explained by the photo alone. Since Chili?sis no longer quick nor cheap, not worth a visit back. Read more

Worst experience I?ve had at this location. Even while we were waiting to be seated we started noticing the filth. Nasty floors,... cobwebs, etc. Once seated, it got worse. There was a layer of dust across the seat dividers, the table right across from usseemed to be the dirty dishes collection table. NOT THE VIEW I want when I?m eating dinner! After being seated for 30 minutes,(there were only two of us and half the tables were empty), we were told, ?you?re food is ready, they are just assembling it.? Don?t know how to read and follow instructions on an order. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and asked for no lettuce and no... tomato. Both of which were on my burger when I got it. And for some reason there?s always pickles on my burger even thoughthere?s not supposed to be. And this happens regularly at this location. Get it together lol Read more

Sydney was great with her customer service. Not only did she handle the front door But she sat and served customers as well.... She was on top of it. Thank you Sydney! The only complaint we had was restrooms needed Attention but we told Sydney as we leftand she said she was going to notify manager ASAP. Food was hot and we were satisfied. Read more

A friend of mine had this experience and took these pictures at our local Chili?s: ?We went to Chili?s for dinner. I have never... seen a Chili?s Restaurant this dirty. I asked for the manager. I asked him are you the manager. He said yes. I told him heneeds to be ashamed of his restaurant. I showed him some pictures. Stopped in for a late dinner. We waited for quite a while for someone to appear and seat us. The restaurant was basically empty... but we had to ask for a different table because the first two they tried to seat us at were not clean. Our server was amazing.Very attentive I wish I could remember his name. The steaks were not cooked properly at all. My medium rare came out INCREDIBLYundercooked. As soon as I cut into it I could see it was actually cooked blue, had to send it back which I hate doing but theserver was so helpful. The second time my food came out the steak was ok but all the sides were cold. Overall not the bestquality food but the server really picked up the slack. Read more
