very strange experience here. The short girl with winged eyeliner working the line tonight gave pretty rude customer service.... Upon telling her my order she snapped that they only make kids quesadillas. I?ve ordered a regular sized portion at otherlocations, but i didn?t say anything and proceeded to order bc i didn?t want to hold up the 3 guys behind us. In making it shehad dropped the tortillas to make the quesadilla and only used one small tortilla to make the ?quesadilla?, just folding it inhalf. after that, with a good bit of attitude, she had asked me if i wanted the meal or just that and when i responded sherolled her eyes and didn?t say anything as she left to go to the back to get the box/container for the meal. as we ordered ourfood we realized no one was at the register so as the orders were being placed the 2 people working the line just left thempiled up and didn?t bother communicating that someone would be there in a bit. Probably the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. 1. It took us almost 30-40min to get in and out 2. They ran out of white rice &... corn 3. It had to of been everyone there?s first day 4. One person working the line, on person taking an hour to cut chicken andthe manager was walking around like a lost puppy 5. They dropped the big tub of rice into the water below and got some of thewater in the rice. 6. We had a free fountain drink and they charged us for a large and gave us the free drink but didn?t tell usuntil after we paid. 7. Dead crickets on the floor and sand foot prints everywhere I HIGHLY recommend ordering online they werethe only employees on their game. Read more
This is literally the most disgusting and worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life. Consistent wrong orders. Always out of... everything. It is dirty. I literally can not express how much and how deeply to not go to this chipotle. You're better offdriving 15 more mins to get to the one next to Tanger. TRASH. Read more

I ordered online and paied for a double steak barbaco burrito, i came yesterday amd ordered the exact same burrito and it was... double the size. I paid 16 plus dollars for it i would like my moneys worth. Just because its an online order does not mean thequality of food service should go down. Terrible terrible terrible laziness. Read more
