Shocked beyond belief. Hung up on 3 times after our order was ?mysteriously lost? and set on tracker for over an hour. Upon 4th... try to just ask for a refund, we were told ?can?t do? and it would be another hour before our food was even made. Between thephone silence to the elongated ?ummmmmm??? I wonder what qualifies someone to be hired on at this franchise. I would definitelyconsider some changes if I was the hiring manager. It?s simply a pizza place. Shouldn?t be this hard. Ordered a cheeseburger pizza from this place a few months ago. The service was pretty solid and it showed up to my door in a... reasonable time. I would have rated this five stars but dude who designed that pizza must have been from a different dimensionof taste. Mustard as a pizza sauce base? That's downright disrespectful to the concept of taste. I must have been in a fuguestate to have ever thought mustard on a pizza sounded like a good idea. Dominos always come to the rescue. I?m a truck driver and I had a blowout. Road service wasn?t coming till 5am. I was hungry and... they came to deliver to me on i35 I was 4 miles away. This is the 3rd time from different towns that they came to deliver to me.Pizza Hut said they couldn?t cuz they needed a physical address. I love you dominoes. Read more
It was a busy night, I?m talking at least 25 pizza in front of me type of night. That?s nothing for this team! They made my... order as fast as they could and I appreciate it, loved my food, I came to pick up my order and guess what?! My pizza came out extremely oily and the staff on 10/12/21 would not remake me a new one . They offered me napkins to soak up... the oil but refused to make me a new pizza. The second picture is the pizza after soaking the oil up . Completely unacceptable .Management should know better than that. Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30 for delivery for my kids, my friend and me. My estimated delivery time was 20-29 minutes...2 hours... pass by...try calling, and cannot get through due to technical difficulties on their end. I never receive any kind of call tolet me know what is going on. We decide to leave and go get food because we are all SO hungry. We get back by 9:15, still nopizza. I leave my friends house and she calls me and tells me it arrives at 9:30 (3 hours later) and it's completely cold andburnt. This is the 2nd time Domino's has completely disregarded me as a customer. Had a similar situation happen before wherethe delivery guy delivered my pizza to the WRONG house! Ugh!! So unhappy with this location. Not going back, EVER! Read more
