I visited this location around 5pm on a Friday. There was two other people in the dining area. I ordered the chicken Parm... spaghetti to dine in. When the food was brought out it was brought out in what looked to be a to go container and the chickentasted, old. I started gagging on it. They also did not have any breadsticks until I was already halfway through with my meal. Ialso had family with me and they forgot to put sauce and meatballs on the pasta. It?s not like they were busy, we were the onlypeople in the restaurant at that moment. There was no sweet tea available. And the food all around was just not great. I've eaten here before, and for fast food it wasn't bad. Today going through the drive through I experienced horrible Customer... service (young lady). Instead of matching her energy I simply asked for a refund and took my Business to Olive Garden. That wasa completely different wonderful experience. Read more
We ordered thee different menu items. Two were decent for fast food, one was room temp at best. Individual at the register was... unengaged and clearly didn't want to be there. My sweetie and I got baked spaghetti with meatballs maybe 20minutes ago and as she is eating she spits out a bite and what seems... to be a straightened out metal staple was in her food. Which how could that even happen unintentionally? She could have cut hermouth or throat up. Read more
The three stars is for the staff both girls and the guy in the back did a great job. However, it seems nostalgia got the best of... me. my family and I used to come here every Saturday when it was open in the Houston area and that was probably 13 years ago.from what I remember it was really good but boy was I wrong. The breadsticks are excellent and if you just came there for thatthen you should be ok everything else though reminds me of those one dollar microwavable dinners that you find at Walmartespecially the spaghetti and pizza. I got the lasagna and fettuccine special. I'm usually a fan of fettuccine, but want impressed by this one. The lasagna was... really good and the pasta came out hot with cheese melted on top. I would have rated 3 stars, but the breadsticks wereamazing-buttery and hot and the server gave me four to start off with so I didn't have to ask for more. Read more
I usually like coming to Fazoli?s to enjoy a quick pasta. The pasta was ok no issues but the salad and breadsticks were... disgusting. The salad had old lettuce and moldy cheese. The breadsticks were old and cold. This location in San Marcos the asgood at first but now they have gradually gotten worse. Never coming here again. Read more
I stop here everytime I come thru town because my town hasn't had one in years, And I love the food. The workers are all young... and changing so they are always "training" and don't know what they are suppose to do, the food flavor isn't consistent, onetime the Breadsticks were burnt, the next they weren't cooked all the way and still gooey on the inside, The next were justright... the place is usually fairly empty customer wise and kept pretty clean.
