I was actually looking for a place to get custard and what do ya know....Freddy's! This is basically a Culver's transplant even... serving cheese curds. I got a patty melt on rye which was good. Also got onion rings which were not freshly battered but wereok. The Shoestring fries were good. The bacon burger was good due to the CRISP bacon! I also had to get a cup of custard! Ordered online. Got 1 missing item and one completely wrong item. Ended up being refunded. Decided to try to get my order again.... Again.... One item right, one item wrong...plus a free hair.... wasn't impressed last time I went here and they have proven whyI've been avoiding this place. How they're still open.... beats me. Read more

Food was ok. Got a lettuce wrap rather then the bun ( cause they offer it in the menu) and it was OUTSTANDING! And the... employee even asked if it was an allergy or preferred. So that's critical for those with allergies to food. They will handleyour caution, with caution and concern. Read more

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I've given them a couple of chances since the very first time I went there it... was amazing, but both orders since have been disgusting train wrecks. Cold, tasteless; stuck to the side of the box so theburger rips apart; and woefully, shameless incorrect orders. It baffles me that it's even POSSIBLE to get orders this wrong.This is the burger I got today. Place isn't clean and the food is so-so. Custard desserts are still good but the wait staff is rude and unattentive.
