Food was good, however, it's still just a hamburger joint. The meat is stated to be fresh. The fries were good and hot. Also got... a chocolate shake which was yummy. This place reminded me of a little hamburger shack I used to go to as a teenager. For 3burgets, 2 fries, a coke and a shake - $53 plus tip. Pricey! Read more
We dine here on 4th of July with my husband and 2 other friends. I got sick 30minutes after eating the route 66 burger. Had bad... stomach ache. The onion ring taste burn and terrible. Our server is not very efficient at all. Our orders are very straightforward and simple. Three Route 66 burgers,1 original, 1 onion rings and 1 French fries. Yet took so long to get our order andwhen it came, we have to asked our server to bring our drinks when she could have at least brought the drinks earlier while wewere waiting for the burgers. Then we started eating and she even haven't brought us napkins. Won't recommend this place andwon't be dining here again. Read more

Totally unsatisfied! Ordered two burgers and milkshakes. Milkshake was served right away but we had to wait 25 minutes for two... simple burgers that is cooked in a few minutes in any other fast food restaurant. After 25 min of waiting we were served ONEburger and had to wait another 5 min for second one?WHAT? Moreover, we found our $11 burgers to be the tiniest I?ve ever seen,just for three bites?advertised as 800 calories each but sounds like a BS!! I left hungry and not coming back. Totallydisappointing place. Ah yeah, I don?t want to have my milkshake and wait 30 min for a meal, usually people eat sweet after thelunch, not during the wait!!!! Poor management. Read more
Shopping at the Outlets in San Marcos - family got hungry - just wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather while we eat. When... I walked into the establishment of Johnnie?s Rockets and was advised that I could not order Hamburgers because it was not on theTo Go Menu and could only order Chicken Tenders. I did explain that we did not want Chicken Tenders and wanted hamburgers,onion rings, and a drink. This was not an option and that if I came inside then I could order Hamburgers. The waitress alsoexplained that they do not deliver outside to the tables, and we would have to come inside and get our order. That wasperfectly fine, I would come in and get our order and sit outside and eat. The waitress had to get the mangers permission totake my order. This did not sit very well with me and felt like was being singled out and not being treated as an equal. I donot play the race card ? I worked very hard to get to where I am today, and it does sadden me that type of behavior is allowedat a business that could offer so much more. Order was ready we picked up it up and went to eat peacefully outside with thefamily, minutes later I noticed the same waitress is delivering an order outside to a table when I was told they did not servicethe outside tables. Unbelievable! There is a lot to be said here and I will leave it at that. Spending $94.56 for this typeof service, I could have gone somewhere else and most likely treated with more respect. There are many scenarios that couldhave taken place, but I could have gone back and asked for a refund of $94.56 ? but I think word of mouth goes further & dobelieve we will not be visiting tis establishment in the near future Read more
Johnny Rocket?s is pretty good. Products are fine but employee?s soul is missing here. I saw two director/manager on the duty,... they don?t know how to run a restaurant and they don?t know what the Johnny Rocket?s is. Good luck! Read more
I had an amazing experience even with short staff. I ordered the Oreo and Cookie and Cream Kids Deluxe Shakes which was... delicious and The Original burger which was also really good! Overall had a great time and would recommend! Read more
Only thing good here was the taste of the burger. The size is another thing. All our burger patties were the same size, the kids... sliders and the adult burgers. I was extremely disappointed that they didn't have onion rings. That's one thing I love to havewhenever possible. The server was nice but we had to keep asking for refills. Read more
