I waited 15 minutes to have a fresh cheese pizza made only to receive pizza that was at best room temp.
I paid $7 for a pizza crust with a few sprinkles of cheese. In the past, I've gotten some pretty good pizzas here. The last... couple of times my pizza had literally almost no cheese. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here. They ruined my dinnerfor the last time. Read more

After the pandemic the quality of the pizza has gone down. I bought the pizza of extra cheese. It seemed there was no extra... cheese in it. I was disappointed because as the price increases the quality should improve. But as the price increases thequality is low and very poor. Read more
I love Little Caesars Pizza!! . But I was disrespected....... I went in to the Little Caesars here in San Marcos Texas. I ... ordered two pepperonis one cheese one deep dish pepperoni & crazy bread.. I saw this guy touching everything with his bare handsand then touching his cell phone with the same hands he was touching the pepperoni with and cheese etc.... I told the ladytaking our order if she can tell her staff to wear gloves. She told them and the guy did not put gloves on but everybody elsedid.. she continued to touch everything the food and his cell phone plus wiping his hands on his shirt.. some college kids camein and ordered some pizza one of them dropped marinara sauce on the floor. The cashier lady told one of the guys in the back toclean it up. I thank the guy mopping the floor for putting on gloves. I told him it was disrespectful for the other guy not toput them on bad hygiene and no respect.. Mr dirty hands walked up on me and asked me if I had a problem with him but the way hesaid it was very rude. The way he walked up like if he was going to do something was awkward ... He told me that in his kitchenhe doesn't need to wear gloves that he is the manager and he can do what he wants.. I told him as a manager he should knowbetter I work in two different kitchens and it's mandatory to wear a cap hair net and gloves when handling food. Just because Itold him to wear gloves he canceled my order and kicked my 6year old 8 year old & me out the store simply because I told him heneeded to wear gloves or he was going to get somebody sick. But also took a picture of him. The lady told me as I was walkingout that he Sergio the manager shouldn't have kicked me or canceled my order that he is wrong. ... Dude I work two jobs and allI wanted to do was get some freaking Pizza so I didn't have to cook. I respect my customers by wearing gloves! Read more
Worst location. The wait is always super long yet you can see everyone in the back just standing around. I placed an order... through they're app since they never answer the phone. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. When i got there the order was stillnot ready. I asked the lady in the front how much longer and she never gave me an answer she just walked to the back and cameback and helped other customers. I waited 10 minutes and asked her again how much longer it would be and was told it would stillbe another 10 minutes . At that point I just wanted a refund because the wait was ridiculous. The lady said that they could notprocess online refunds that I would have to call customer service. I went outside and tried to find the number online but couldnot. So I go back inside and ask her for the number that I should call she goes to the back and her manager comes up and askwhat the issue was and said that he could give me a return right then and there. I told him that the lady before Said that theycouldn't do that and he just ignored what I said and gave me my return. The whole time the lady was very dismissive never onceapologized for the wait and then lied about not being able to refund my order. I wouldnt advise anyone to come to this locationit just sucks they never have anything done and they have an attitude on top of everything. Better off making a drive to kyle orNB you would probably get better faster service. Read more
I have given this place so many chances since I moved here. Every single time they disappoint. This is the last time I?ll ever... be going back. They?re not throwing out old pizza. I always have to come home and heat it up & even then it tastes likecardboard. Read more
How do you mess up this bad, little caesars?! Make sure you check what they give you before you leave. Ordered 3 different... pizzas (only 1 with meat) November 1st. We received 3 pepperoni pizzas. This was a big problem because 2 of us are vegetarian.We come out to San Marcos once a week, but we won't be making this our regular place to pick up dinner. We made a complaint onthe website but still haven't heard back. Terrible service. Read more
