Has anyone noticed how much the prices have gone up on the menu? I bet the employee pay hasn't. I placed a pickup order because... I couldn't afford to eat in and pay for tip. They say don't eat out if you can't afford it so that's why you do pickup insteadof dining in RIGHT? Well I unchecked the gratuity when I ordered online because it seems crazy to demand 20% tip just to walkthe order to someone's car! That's why I did pick up!!!!! Well I get there and the employee brings out my receipt for me to signwith the total AND gratuity portion highlighted! Yes, highlighted. I'm not obligated or required to tip on pickup but theemployee felt the need to reprint the receipt and take the time to highlight the gratuity part after I declined it online, putme in an uncomfortable position and made me feel pressured to tip, so I did..... The problem here is that these greedy companieswant us to pay their employees salary. I understand the employees frustration but that was so rude. Olive Garden is worthbillions of dollars overcharging people for mediocre Italian food. Maybe she should ask her employees to give her a raiseinstead of making customers uncomfortable..... This whole tipping system is getting out of control! In other countries it rudeto tip!!! And I'm left feeling like an jerk because they don't pay their employees a livable wage. Read more

Went to eat with my mother at the San Marcos Location for the first time in years so we got there right as it opened at 11 am.... Doors were open, they had a welcoming staff, and our waitress was friendly with my silly daughter and did a great job keeping upeven though there were multiple tables within the 1st 30 minutes. I had the shrimp scampi and it was a bit oberwhelming on thegarlic but it was still enjoyable. Will return here again :) Read more

I tried my first Chicken Parm here, thanks to Cay. Their Chicken Parm is really good. They also make awesome smoothies. Cay... tried their mango smoothie and liked it. I liked their interior as well. They are really professional, and it was really good tofind some brilliant Bobcat fellows working there who will definitely go places in the near future. Good people, good food,highly recommended. Half the food came out before our appetizers, the other half came out like 20 minutes later and cold. The waitress was awful and... I would recommend the olive garden in New Braunfels. The only thing good about this place was the manager. He did a great jobhelping us out at the end. Read more

Been to this location twice. Longest I've waited was 15 minutes. Staff is great and food was excellent. I took both my daughter... and mom for their birthdays and staff definitely showed them some love. Would definitely go back. Read more

Had good service and good food. Felt like any other typical Olive Garden. July 2021 no masks required. Breadsticks were fresh,... salad was crisp and the food was hot and delicious. This location sits along side a 54th Street restaurant, Twin Peaks,Starbucks, and a pho shop. Tends to stay busy and expect a wait on the weekends. Read more
