I brought my mom & dad here for Father's Day. We had practically no wait for a table. We ordered our meals at the same time as... we ordered our drinks & our drinks were on the table before we even finished ordering! Our meals were perfectly seasoned, steaksmelted in our mouths, salads were fresh, just an amazing meal. Taylor was our server & he is how other servers strive to be. Today for father's day my hubby wanted a good steak. We got our order home and realized it was overcooked. I usually would just... go with it but decided to call and talk with someone since it's a special day. Everyone went above and beyond to fix the order.We showed up and got our meal completely remade and they even threw in some desserts and drinks. My husband got the best mealfor father's day! Thank you so much for your kindness. We have always loved going to outback and now we love y'all that muchmore. You guys are doing great customer service and of course we will be back soon. This is a very busy location! Definitely go online and reserve your place in line so you won't have to stand around there for 45... mins. The food was delicious and the service was great. My sister's and I split a dessert at the end of our meals and it wasperfect. If you happen to be in that area, I definitely recommend you give them a try! Read more
Supper here on 7/31/21. We ordered the Blooming Onion, shared a Caesar side salad and twin baked sweet potatoes, along with... unsweet iced tea. Bread came out. Too hard to chew. Might as well had been croutons. The Blooming Onion arrived and was cookedperfectly. We waited for quite a while for the salad. Usually we get to eat the salad along with the onion. By the time thesalad arrived the onion was gone and so was the iced tea. Finally one of the seating hosts came by and refilled our glasses froma pitcher that had been sitting out. Room temperature tea with no ice. We had to wait until the waitress finally came by for aglass of ice. She disappeared only to show up at a table near by and took their order. She stopped and asked did we needanything. Glass of ice. She left again. Came back with two of the tiniest baked sweet potatoes I have ever seen. Asked if weneeded anything. Glass of ice (3rd time). Finally got our ice. Good food. Tiny portions. Awful service. Read more
I've been here a few times, service is all ways nice and pleasant, the servers are complete angel's and deserve every tip they... get. I usually order a drink to go with my steal and I've been forced to order my drinks light as the past few times I've beenthe bar seems really heavy handed pouring but nothing too much to complain about there. The food is all ways great EXCEPT thesteaks. For some reason I keep having to send my steak back, every single time I visit, because I order my steak Rare and it allways comes back raw. Now I'll admit I shouldn't order rare at restaurants if I was smart but in my defense, it's a steak house,they should know the differences when it comes to rare versus cooked outside but cold raw in the middle. But they do take careof it really fast each time, take it back and give me a perfectly cooked rare steak each time. All in all, a good place withdecent prices and great services. Read more
