I had seen the commercial for the Chicken Sandwich, so I decided I would give it a try. I had placed my order through the app,... which was probably the only good thing about this store. The manager who was on the phone with someone, looked like he was doinginventory. I had to shake my head as he had black fingernail polish and a white "Santa Claus" beard. I stood around the registeruntil some young kid asked if I needed some assistance. He handed me my order and I walked out. The spicy chicken sandwich wasin a box. It had a little bit of heat, but almost no flavor. There was not any sauce on it. It expects a little more veggies onit and some sort of mayo or chipotle mayo, etc. The chips were their standard Panera Kettle chips. They were descent. They wereprobably the only good thing about the whole meal next to the chocolate chip cookie I ordered. I was very disappointed with thequality of food at this place. I have eaten here many times in the past and previously it had always been fantastic. ThanksPanera, I will order my spicy chicken sandwiches elsewhere. Read more

I understand that pictures presented on menus are not indicative of actual products, but come on Panera! You could certainly do... better than this! Went by tonight and the "Stacked Mac N Cheese" looked delicious as I love the Panera Mac N cheese! I wasseriously disappointed in this sandwich and recommend everyone steer clear of it. It is far from stacked! You'd get a sandwichwith more Mac N cheese by getting 2 slices of bread and a side of the mac! True...there are other things in the sandwich,but... Yesterday I ate at Panera with some friends. I love your food because it is fresh and the bread is awesome. Unfortunately, this... is my turkey sandwich. The bread reminded me of the generic wheat bread you can buy at HEB. I got a small amount of wiltedlettuce and some red onion. Three slices of pressed deli turkey. This just bothered me. Curbside pick up was smooth. However my flatbread pizza was an instant regret. Very disappointed.
