I?m usually not the type to complain but this is ridiculous. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza online for pick up along with a few... other items. When getting home from the rain, I opened the pizza box and discovered they gave me a thin crust pizza rather thana cheese crust pizza. I then called to see if someone can deliver the pizza since it was raining and I live a bit far and theysaid we have to pick it up in store if we want a new one. I then went back out and expected the correct pizza to be made but Isoon found out that they didn?t put pepperoni on the pizza. I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to make the new pizza.This was overall very frustrating and I wasted my gas money getting the pizza they should have gotten right the first time. This place has real issues. After a few visits where I picked up my order and the employees were loudly and openly fighting with... each other, I thought I'd get it delivered. Maybe that's safer. After 45 minutes of waiting, they called to let me kow thatthey delivered the pizza to the wrong place, but they were leaving right now to deliver a new pie. Plus, they're bringing acookie that I can't really eat. Fine. Whatever. 45 minutes after THAT, they finally show up. My double pepperoni and doublemushroom had normal pepperoni and a few mushrooms. It was cut WAY off center. Some pieces are huge and other tiny. There's WAYtoo much sauce on part of it. They forgot and did this WAY too fast or they're just incompetent. The cookie is really, reallyhard. It's either old and reheated or baked WAY too long. Everyone there needs to go from the ground up and new managementneeds to start over with new people. Should?ve read the reviews first! Ordered online 11am and order was out for delivery at 11:16am! It took me about five mins to... order and the food was out? Garden salad was an onion and tomato salad. The pizza was cold. Didn?t care to try the breadstick!Hell nah! Something is really wrong! Call the health inspector ! $40 bucks later. I called before heading over and young lady said they close at midnight. We get there after a Bobcat game and big man said they... were getting ready to close but we could done in if we'd like and it was about 1045ish. Go to counter to place our order. Wewanted the box but they didn't have pasta and only crust available was thin???? Read more
This location should just shut its doors. I have not ordered pizza in a while. I ordered from this location through the app and... everything seemed fine. I get a call that they have messed up the payment and need me to give them my credit card number overthe phone. That is incredibly sketchy. So apparently they don't have drivers of their own and are outsourcing delivery to doordash which is absolutely the worst company you could partner with. But regardless if you don't have you own hired drivers youdon't deserve to deliver. You don't deserve business. I end up having to go pick up the pizza myself. Not a big deal I wanted totalk to management first hand anyway. After eating the pizza from this location I experienced the worst food poisoning I haveever had. Pizza Hut in san marcos is the worst pizza hut I ever been though! people that work there are so Unprofessional and rude when... you tell them they got your order wrong!!That manager needs more training with his attitude and how to talk to customer's! Young, blond cashier (name unknown) tried to charge me for someone elses pizza whereas i already paid on the app with credit... card. Acted clueless, unpolite and typical of a 22 yr old these days. Sorry, but service at fast food is down all over. fortunately the 30-something manager stepped in to correct her and the situation. Good ending. Great food. ...and yes, I'm anold school 57 year old.
