I mean, what's not already been said. The service is comically horrible, the staff is completely incompetent. The quality of the... food is on par with something you'd fish out of the dumpster. It's rare you find a "fast food" restaurant with a complete lackof professionalism in every aspect. It's hard to fathom how this place is still even in business. It wouldn't surprise me ifit's actually a front for money laundering. Employees taking handicap spots without handicap plates or hanging tags. It's a running joke with my family how AWFUL the service is at all Popeyes. BUT today at this location, I was surprised. There... was only one person. That's right one. Embarrassing! Hard to believe the ?popcorn shrimp? meal was so bad. And the chicken ?tenders? included were so dry they may have... been made last week. The shrimp were so small they don?t qualify as popcorn size. I?ve never seen any that small. The meal boxwas stuffed with chunks of fried batter - see photos. Every piece of chicken was dry and shriveled. The biscuits were stale and hard. The red beans and rice were dried out. Nothing... was good. Had I seen that I would have turned back. I will never go back there! Read more
Okay first I'll start off with the fact that yall are always missing things or never have things available when I go. The staff... always seems rushed and groggy. The staff are not my favorite but I do understand that customer service could be a pain...Iwouldn't know but I see how people act lol. But I gave it 3 stars because the food is still great...at least some of it theshrimp is a scam. But the chicken slaps. Do take the time to check out my sandwich these people put an entire breast in mysandwich and thought they could get away with forgetting my fries. Paid cash and never got all of my food. Altogether I waited for around 45 minutes. The girl working was scraping something off... the wall and it was falling all on top of my drink, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and walked off when I said I had thewrong order. The younger boy with glasses working the window took my cash, gave me a receipt for a jalapeño, yes one jalapeñothen never gave me my food. Stole my money. I hope someone takes care of this issue. I come here once a week or so (around lunch time) and every time I get someone who is so rude. They never have receipts to give... and this time they handed me a box. I asked if my sandwich was in there because it usually comes in a bag not a box. The girlscreamed at the girl behind her and ask her if the sandwiches in there who screamed back at her yes why you even asking me thatand then said in the same town to me yes it's in there. Thankfully I checked my order as I was driving off because it was atwo-piece meal not the chicken sandwich. I had to go wait in the line again because no one will answer the phone and I finallygot a new person who actually apologized.
