Ordered here tonight, this place should be shut down. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Got to the window and they were out of what... I ordered. It was an online order so I couldn?t leave. I wanted a sandwich but got tenders. The tenders were tiny and rock hard.The biscuits and fries were also cold. None of the food was in proper packaging as well. Everything was thrown into a large box.I eventually threw some of my food out. The employees are all high schoolers. Saw two in the back joking around. Chicken sandwich was like warm at best. They forgot my 2 biscuits a la carte. Went back to the drive thru and they had stopped... serving at 7:19pm when they don?t close til 10pm. Told them I was there to pick up the biscuits they didn?t give me with myorder. I was told to go to the side door and then the staff just looked at me and wouldn?t come to the door. I placed an order through door dash. I wanted an 8pc nugget combo. I got 3 burnt nuggets and 4 strips. I did not receive the... sauce and my food was cold. This is the 3rd time I?ve ordered from them and they have never had what I exactly wanted. Absolutely the worst fast food experience ever. Every time I go I am constantly disappointed. I?m not even asking for much,... literally asking for them to do the bare minimum and it?s never met. It?s almost like they?re going out of their way to make myexperience terrible every time. Three weeks ago it was a 40 minute wait. The week after they weren?t letting me order unless itwas through doordash??? and today they forgot my fries, forgot my ketchup and gave me mild when I ordered spicy. This establishment would do better off just entirely replacing their entire staff. Not only did I wait over 15 minutes at the... microphone waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence, I was told to pull up to the window. There were three cars infront of me, one left because the wait was obnoxious. We waited, in total, about 50 minutes for nothing. We ordered our food butdid not get what we ordered as we only got chicken and no sides. If I could give this establishment a zero stars, I would. I wanted to try the newest item on the menu, the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. It was very dry and too... crunchy. Maybe once it becomes a regular item and staff are trained in how to cook it so it's not overdone, it'll bebetter. Also, I had ordered the pecan pie but was given an apple pie instead. By the time I discovered it, I was already backat work and couldn't return like I wanted to. Oh well, some pie is better than no pie I guess. The staff, on the other hand,was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. There was a young lady in training who was very nice. I frequent this locationand love the chicken. Maybe the sandwich just isn't meant to be part of the menu, who knows. Read more
