Normally it would be ok as I haven't had an issue with drinks or food, but every time I come they are "out of ice cream" or can... "only do shakes right now - no ice cream". Edited to say the staff is always nice. Props to your staff for putting up with thebusiness bs. They deserve a raise. Read more

Everytime I come to this sonic the staff is rude. I don?t understand how they have 4 stars. They also never close according to... their website, just an update may be nice and maybe nicer staff. I also don?t think it is worth waiting 30 minutes for a water. Read more

I dont usually have an issue at this sonic but recently i had an incident with the cheese cups that go with the pretzels. I... ordered 2 and both of the cheese cups were rubbery and really really nasty looking. Called to let them know. Read more

This is worst sonic I?ve ever been had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring order and say they ran of no onion rings and had no... ice for drinks. Made the burger all wrong if I could put - stars I would. They might as shut instead running without basicnecessities. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for a strawberry limeade. They got my order wrong and I had to wait another 10. I pressed the red button and... told him my drink was missing and no one came. Pressed the button again and it took 10 more minutes. Whats the point in fastfood if its no fast. Maybe if sonic actually paid their employees a living wage itd make people willing to give better service.Sonic is the issue not the employees. But also come on. Read more

They lost my order and to make up for it they gave me expired free drink tokens and when I tried to redeem then I then had to... pay full price for the drinks. The staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. If you are going to try and make up for a mistake, donot make another careless one in trying to make up for it. Read more
