There was a mixup with my milk and I didn't realize it til I was long gone (we both confirmed that I was getting oatmilk but... then the drink had almond milk) but as a barista myself I can tell it was an honest newbie mistake. It seems that the employees of this location have a hard time listening. I asked for a cold pumpkin spice latte, simple right?... The drink of the season. They gave me a hot PSL. I couldn't pay with the Starbucks app and I couldn't pay with my Starbucks gold card. Zachariah told me I should get my earned... stars by using the receipt. I had to contact Starbucks corporate to get my points. Not many seats inside, store was messy.There was a ice water dispenser, but no water in it. There was a mobile order 2 hours waiting. Anthony was super attentive. He takes great care when preparing each order (even for a mobile order in my case). I noticed that... he made sure my specific drink requests were met. And then he announced my beverage was ready politely and efficiently.Impressive when they are so busy. Read more
Starbucks offers a variety of coffees, teas, and food. This location was clean, staff was awesome, and the setting was great.... Smaller tables outside and a nice seating arrangement inside. Definitely recommend if your in the outlets and need a quick cupof joe. Read more
My husband and I have been traveling around this country for the past year and a 1/2 and this was the worst customer service I... ever received at a Starbucks. 1st I walked in to go to the restroom and there's no toilet paper! So I stepped out and tell thegirl behind the counter that they need toilet paper. I then walk over to the other lady who wouldn't serve me any coffee becauseshe said the person getting the toilet paper is the only person in the store that could ring me up. I then walked out of thestore. You probably should start cross training your employees before more people walk out. Read more
