Today, 10/29/22 I had excellent service today. I was waiting for my online order and asked the people making drinks and I'm not... sure what happened but the person with pink hair made my drink right away. She was very nice and I was in fact less friendlythan I should have been. The store was extremely busy and everyone looked to be working really hard and still managed to behaving fun. I wish I wouldn't been able to thank them more but all I can do is this. Read more

Not happy with my drink. I ordered a Frappuccino, and wasn't told until they handed it to me that they didn't have Whipped... cream! If they told me that up front I would have gone elsewhere. They were pretty snippy about it as well. Will not be back. Now I ask ahead of time at each Starbucks if they have whipped cream BEFORE I order! Read more
I live on caffeine and a prayer, usually this Starbucks is pretty good. However, this time they were super slow and didn't have... over half our order. This wouldn't bother me usually, but they didn't discover they were out of stuff until our order had beenplaced and we were at the window. It?s a standard Starbucks but, the staff was friendly and did not seem bothered that you came in. I also like that they have the... sweeteners, straws, stirrers etc? out where you can get them, not like so many Starbucks where it?s all behind the counter andthey act annoyed when you ask for them. If they just start putting the heavy cream back out at the self serve bar I would givethem 5+ stars. Lol Overall this is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to. Read more
Staff is Quick with orders and very friendly. Long lines But fast Service. The place is well organized and well stocked.... Everyone seemed happy and worked great together. Plenty of space to enjoy your Drinks and meals, if you choose to stay. Plentyof safe distancing and sanitizer available at counter if needed. Place was Super Clean.. Tables spaced apart for comfort. Thereis a NICE Area Outside to enjoy the Morning Breeze or Afternoon Sun. Read more
I hate to do this but how hard is it to look at an order and make what the customer order? It literally says it right on the... receipt attached to the cup. They also made my frap well before pick up time so it was nice and melted and room temp by the timei got there. I get it people mess up, people are human but to charge someone almost 10$ and consistently screw up their ordermight as well be stealing? I mean McDonalds nails it everytime for more than half the cost. Not good when a clown is running abetter business than you?. Read more
