The worst tacos. Picked some up on the way to work, thinking because how hungry I was anything would be good. The potatoes... tasted old, paid for bacon and got 1 slice. Wow@inflation! It wouldn't be so bad if it was still edible. Won't beback......don't waste your money. Read more
They will rip you off!! On the morning of August 31, 2021 while moving my daughter into her apartment for class at Texas State... University. I order two Fajita Taco with eggs, cheese and potatoes and one Taco with potatoes and eggs. Well, my bill was $13but I was charge two times for each Fajita Taco and I didn't receive the egg and potato taco. The reason for the charge as I wastold is because the addition of eggs, bacon and cheese are extra for most tacos. I quickly demanded a refund and received betterservice and price at Taco Cabana. The servers don't know how to take orders and the cook or manager encouraged the cashier tocharge me for 4 Tacos and I ended up with 2 Tacos. Don't waste your time stopping at this location. There is no bacon in the bacon and egg breakfast tacos. There's tiny bits of bacon cooked into the eggs. Actual bacon is... extra. You order through a machine, are not told that you must first pay at the main Stripes register and not theirregister. They claimed to have lost my first order, but the bag was right there when I finally realized that I had to goelsewhere to pay. I had to wait while they remade it and only then realized that there's no BACON on the BACON and eggbreakfast taco. In the end, i couldn't even get a refund for the cold food I never ate because I would have had to wait inline, hungry at the single register open for the gas station that literally had a line out the door. The manager I spoke to didseem very amused that I'd have to wait to get my money back after shouting at me about paying more for actual bacon on my BACON,egg and cheese breakfast tacos. He seemed to think that shouting "STRIP BACON!" was some kind of mic drop moment. Read more
The most of the food looked as tho it had been sitting out ALL DAY and the food that didn?t tasted like it had been out all day.... It was extra salty and meat dry. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back to this restaurant. I was really looking forward tosome good authentic tacos. That is NOT what I got here. Read more
They don't serve authentic Mexican cuisine, but they have decent food for a gas station. I grade it B-
Worst food ever. Nothing is fresh, tasted old. Tortillas are fat and not even the correct shape for a taco. Why haven?t you done... anything to improve. Look at your comments or why bother! ???? Read more
They always close 30-45 early. Very rude to their customers... It's worse now, they are listed for closing at 6 PM I went in at... 1:40 PM on Friday 8/19/2022 and the guy in the back said we are closed. I said it's not 6 he said he didn't care. This is thekind of service this place offers customers in San Marcos Texas, They Do Not Care About Anyone. Do Not Go Here, Stay Far AwayFrom This Location...
