Very sweet ladies that run the truck! It was my first time so they provided a sampling before I decided on what to buy. I ended... up with Thai coffee and a couple of different rolls. Definitely worth a stop off the side of the road. The staff was super friendly and provided samples of that days special. I'm... glad they did. We had an opportunity to taste and go with our favorites. It was are first time there and wasn't sure what tochoose. I had the chicken larb with the sweet Chilli sause....hands-down delicious. Update: this amazing food truck is now right by Canyon Lake! The owner is very very nice and an amazing cook! Trust me, you... will thank me if you follow my advice and give this delicious Thai food a try! This is a great, great Thai food truck currentlyparked on the left side of Lowe's. I have been here several times and the service and food is always very very good. I tend toget the Tom Yum fried rice balls and they are SO GOOD! When you are looking for something fast and considering the standard(boring) options in the area, I highly recommend giving Thai 2 U Food Truck a shot. You will likely be back for more! Read more
