My son asks to eat here everytime we are in San Marcos. My entire family loves it too. If we can't agree on where to eat, we can... always agree on Thundercloud. We've been to several in Austin, one in New Braunfels, and this one in San Marcos...and everylocation is great!! Thundercloud always hires the most amazing, friendly people who you can tell love their job and make yourfood with care. We stopped at Thunderclouds because the line at the McDonald's was so long. Boy am I glad did. The employees were all... enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Caylin took our order makeing suggestions when we needed them. The "The purplehaired girl" made our subs in record time. The place wasn't too expensive and the subs tasted great. Read more

I just ordered an Egg Salad Sub. This is actually my first time ever eating a sandwich from Thundercloud. In my opinion it is... not all that great. I thought it could of been better. I can make a better egg salad sandwich myself. I have had bettersandwiches at other places. To top it off. I don't know if he is the owner. But this gentleman who is short and always wears acap and wears glasses is very rude. He doesn't know how to talk to people right. Especially to me.
