I have been waiting for my order for over an hour. I placed this order online and it gave an estimate of 38 minutes. Several... other customers are experiencing the same thing. You go ask for an update and they respond with 10 more minutes. I'll probablyask for a refund in ten minutes. This is as bad as I've seen this place. Read more
These last few times I?ve had Wingstop the staff is rude or has an attitude. I understand some days are harder than others but... it?s only continued to get worse. The staff was bringing completed to-go orders to the counter and was cursing and getting angrywhen the door dash or person had not arrived. Totally unnecessary and the restaurant was not even packed at that. The people whoused to work here before Covid were awesome and always so friendly wish they had stuck around. Read more
Horrible service, horrible wait staff, and horrible management. Ordered a 40 piece wing combo. Weren?t given fries and dip on... pick up. Trusted them. First problem. Called back to get a credit as we didn?t want to drive 15 min there 15 min back twice. Person that answered was rude and the manager saying her name was Erin was more rude. They cook the wings the best at this location. Extra crispy! The wait time on the app is inaccurate, I?d add another 40 minutes... to what?s quoted so plan accordingly. They serve beer and always have good music, so I don?t mind waiting. The staff seem to behaving fun at work which I think is great. It?s a busy location, worst times to order are between 6-8pm on the weekends. Read more
This place has the worst customer service. We placed our order of only 30 wings at 6:20 and were still waiting inside for our... food at 8:30. We couldn?t even check for updates on the order because they make you wait in the line just to ask a question.They only had four people working on Sunday night. The manager was extremely rude to everyone and told them they aren?t allowedto stand by the counter for help. There was only one girl working the counter with 20+ people waiting in line, but she gavephone orders and calls more priority over the people in line. She told me to check back on my order at 8pm but I couldn?t evendo that because there were already a crowd of people waiting at the counter doing the same thing I had to do. When I finally gotup to the counter, I saw my bag along with 20 others sitting up there that no one bothered to call out, so who really knows howlong my order was sitting up there. Chicken isn?t cooked right and the fries are just soggy and clearly not cooked right. It?s so obvious that the food isn?t... prepared right and they send it out anyways. It?s a ticking time bomb to get someone sick. Which is a shame cause this locationused to be awesome. Read more
