I've only been here twice. The first time it was decent, but this time however was far from that. I went through the drive thru.... There was no line, waiting for an extended period of time. The fries were burned (all 9 they gave me) even the toast was burned. the chicken was over done, they didn't give me any sauce. Whoever took my order decided for me that I should have the large.Didn't ask. Just charged me, I feel robbed. The women who was at the window was rude and unfriendly, i get it, everyone has baddays but that doesnt mean you should take it out on me. $18 for some burned fries and overdone chicken. This place was okay. It's similar to Raising Cane's. Except I like Cane's better. The difference is Zaxby's has not only chicken... strips but also traditional and boneless wings and seasoned fries. They still have the toast and the Zaxby's sauce similar toCane's. The atmosphere was not the cleanest. There ice machine was leaking water everywhere on the floor. Pretty good shicken flavor. The Garlic texas toast is to die for and nice good seasoned crinkly fries. These stores are pretty... good and nicely decorated. If you want to taste some of that good old fancy shicken and a sandwich come on down. Read more

We had been at the outlet shopping and on our way back home we decided to stop here for dinner. Their lobby was still open so we... ate inside. We ordered their chicken tenders with fries. Also tried the fried white cheddar bites. Everything was so good. Thezax sauce was really good! Did want to try their chocolate chip cookies but at that time they didn?t have any available. Haven't been to a Zaxby's in a long time and was disappointed by almost everything. The menu has been cut to almost nothing. The... grilled chicken was bland, tough, and overcooked. Why charge for sauce, .33 cents for sauce. Really? The fries are the onlything that remained eatable. With hardly anyone in the dinning area, it's hard to justify all the tables and floor being dirty. Sad day for Zaxby's. Read more

It was my first time going to this place and I've heard how good there chicken is. My boyfriend and I got the boneless wings.... The sauce was great. I got the new one called blazing garlic . It is great . The only thing is the boneless wings were that hot.It was like they already had the made them tossed them in. Sauce and served it. A little advice. People get hot food becausethey like the food to be hit on the plate. I don't want no Luke warm chicken . Period. So make the wing when they are order notbefore. I was vary unhappy with this. This is how I received my food upon opening it. Keep in mind it?s just simple tenders, I did not order any sauce, yet Zachary... thought that it was funny whenever I was explaining the situation to him how they packaged the food to me. Grease prints andcrumbs all over the top and sides of the container, it wasn?t even closed, half ate off food inside and random sauce, but it?sall funny right? Yikes, after finding unauthorized transactions from this location on one of my cards earlier in the year, it?sclose to my work so I frequent it for lunch, but never again, learned my lesson twice now. When it comes to chicken, this place delivers. The toast and fries are seasoned to perfection, and the everything is always made... hot and fresh. You can taste the quality here. But that's not it just yet, the sauce is unbelievably good. They just came outwith a new spicy zax sauce, and I put that on everything. This is a must go place!!! Read more
