If you are looking for an absolute outdoor wedding experience this might be your spot. The estate offers an intimate setting for... hosting up to ~140 guests and it has an overlook area with lushy lawn and the vinyard as backdrop for ceremony and grouppictures. Bar service: Outdoor and limited alcohol choices. 3* Refreshment: Outdoor at lower terrace. Beautiful location and the taster was very good.
An excellent demonstration of how to "nicely" let people know they are not welcome. Arrived with the place mostly empty. We had... a baby with us which we were told that could not stay "for insurance and liability reasons". It's fine to want a child-freeenvironment; just own it and say so. The baby and family were planning on departing relatively soon anyway. The rest of ourparty were interested in staying for brunch, wine, and atmosphere which I communicated. Yet when I inquired more about menu theykept reminding us that we couldn't stay due to the baby. They finally brought the QR code but there wasn't cell service to openthe page. The free wifi required email AND downloading an app! No printed menu available to review. No offer of help oraccommodation to encourage us to stay, taste their wine, and spend our money. Clos La Chance is fantastic. Great wines. Had a great sunny afternoon watching Marcus Miller playing music on mother's day.
Very nice property! Great wine selection. Love the "tree" style tasting. Could use a bit more shelter from the sun.
