(Update after last visit) Downgraded it to 3 stars. We took Miso soup and it was not hot. The Inshou roll was decent but the... Chicken Karagge Curry was not per expectation and seemed like it was prepared a long time ago. Good Food with cozy ambiance. Wetried the Tonkatsu Ramen and Tacos along with full Hot Sake(the best). The Tacos seem a bit overpriced but the Ramen was good. Read more

Don't know the reason they can't serve hot food just sushi and sashimi. Just remember no food cooked by gas only electric stuff... make it easy. Possible forget to pay gas bill. Ha ha ha. Good luck. Read more

The chicken kaarage curry was very tasty, and the sashimi meal was great with generous cuts of excellent quality fish. The... staff was very friendly (only 3 tables late on Sunday) and will return when in the area. The prices were fair as well (curryabout $15, meal about $26). Read more

Looks like the good reviews are a few years old. Just had some very mediocre Japanese. Even a three star rated downtown Japanese... restaurant is infinitely better than this one. I guess it was good pre pandemic but one thing is for one try is more than enoughfor us :( Read more

Great Japanese food at good prices. They also remodeled and now offer to go meals, snacks, and desserts.

Izakaya side: Place has great sushi and yakitori. The deluxe chirashi was absolutely delicious and a steal! Miso black cod was... soft and buttery and full of flavor ????? however the beef kalbi was tough. Their garlic butter steak has hashbrowns. SOGOOD. Sushi side: The sumo sushi has baked salmon and tempura shrimp and tastes so good! Ramen side: I like my ramen with atinge of sweetness and inshou didn't disappoint! The curry ramen is addictive. The noodles are on the hard side, but chewy andspringy. The chasiu is meh, but I love the generous servings of ground pork, bamboo shoots and their egg was perfectly done. Also one of the best Shoyu ramen if you're looking for light ramen. ???? Read more

Came here on a Saturday evening for dinner. Ordered 2 of the garlic steak, chazuke, kimchi pork, and 2 yaki onigiri. The food... was delicious, and served fresh and with attention to detail. I like that they give nori (seaweed) with the yaki onigiri. Also, the potato under the garlic steak gives a nice balance to the dish. All of the dishes were well made and clearly had thought putinto them. The ambiance was a little noisy, typical of busy Japanese restaurants. Overall, it was a very good meal. Read more
