Only open for takeout. Inside the location now labeled "Tastee Grill". Good portion of food, ready fast. The chicken however... was overcooked and dry. Terrible quality food. I felt everything they gave us was stale. The pita was so stiff that I had to use two hands to break it.... The most fundamental thing I expect from a Mediterranean place is to have good pita. The falafel and salads had almost noseasoning. Hummus was good enough. Great hospitality and good food. They made jain wrap for me. Falafel and hummus are available without onions and garlic.
First real food I ordered since I landed in San Franciso after ~18 hours of traveling and no so great food choices along the... way. Was definitely glad I chose this place. We have a lot of different restaurants back home that make their own hummus and Idon't think any of them compare to this. Read more
Very friendly and generous owner. I couldn’t choose what kind of meat I wanted with my hummus order so she offered a taste of... all of them! See photo. She kept offering more rice and sauce, it was like a home cooked meal! I found the lamb and chickenespecially tasty. Read more
Hummus was great with some nice options like ground beef on top of the hummus. The chicken was good and you get a lot of food... for the price. I may return if I'm in town again, would like to try some other things. The pita bread was great. Read more
I have tried this place a few years ago and it was ok kind of Mediterranean fast food.. Today I have stopped by to get hummus... and chicken plate or my..... Food is terrible but is not just that ,the food tastes like a junk ... I have also found mold onthe pitta ... common guys this kind of food should not be allowed to be served anywhere. Also, I have ordered their mushroomsand it also went to the garbage bin! I will never back and do not recommend to anybody stop by ... p/s The update that theowners even didn't say sorry instead they replied to this review saying that they are serving the best Mediterranean food isnot the best this is dangerous when yo serve pita with mold on it!!!
