The food was OK, the Katsu chicken was mostly breading, And was made up by the generous portions they served. The teriyaki... chicken, and barbecue chicken was OK, the whole family enjoy their meals And the only downside was the cleanliness of therestaurant. I have seen Ono Hawaiian BBQ's all over the place for years. For no particular reason, just never ate at one, even sounded good... to me, but just never ate there. I did tonight in San Pedro. The portion sizes are huge. The flavors are delicious! Had a #1, aprotein salad with chicken and a chicken and rice bowl. That was for 3 of us. We were all full and satisfied. A plus at thislocation was the young lady who took our order and our money. Super friendly. She seemed to enjoy her job and it shows in thegood feelings she left us with. I recommend this place! Had the Aloha plate with Ahi tuna and it was the most AMAZING fish I've EVER tasted in my life!
Just went here and placed an order for bbq & katsu mix and a Hawaiian bbq mix. The katsu mix was alright but the Hawaiian bbq... mix did not include the ribs nor the chicken just a bunch of meat thrown on the vegetables, as you can see in the photo. Icalled numerous times and the call just beeps busy and hangs up on you. If I could give it a zero I would. I'm very disappointedand will not be going back.
