We love this place my husband and I have been here a couple times very friendly staff good quality food I had the special shrimp... spinach and mushroom omelette fresh to order shrimp we're really tasty and plump sat on the patio my husband had pancakes andside of hash browns they made his hash browns crispy like he likes them. Food was great and came quick. They recently redid the whole place so it?s very nice and clean. Can see right into the kitchen.... Great service. Open air environment with a hip brick wall. Local Pedro history up on the wall - although I miss the old big panothey used to have up. One of my favorite places to visit when I?m in Pedro. Read more
Been here 3 times and every time has been awesome! The food is great (definitly a little expensive) but quality food... nonetheless. My personal favorites are the California burger & the Quesadilla. the staff are all super duper nice and the insideis very well decorated with a cool ?lighthouse? vibe with all the pictures they have hanging up. service is very fast. What a wonderful little restaurant! I was in need of a quick bite and this place came. They definitely talk about eating like a... local. I found the food in the atmosphere to be excellent. I was able to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. After seeingsomebody else is meal come out I decided to have breakfast or lunch couldn?t have been happier. Came for a clam chowder bowl was disappointed! Our order was taken and served. Everyone was halfway done with their meal and my... waitress comes back saying they are out of clam chowder. I believe this should have been said and taken care of before servingthe other meals so I would have sufficient time to order something else. Our sides were given after the meal was served as well.Food is pricey. I was charged for a bread I didn't receive that was supposed to go with the clam chowder bowl. Korean bellburger was good. There's a good variety of shakes as well. Clean restaurant/bathroom and nice patio view of the ocean on a clearday. Better service is needed definitely!!! Read more
Another unexpected gem. This little cafe is clean, bright and has a great feel to it. It has some modern necessities such as USB... charge ports at the table. Eat inside or out. The service is very good, greeted happily entering and exiting. Just veryfriendly. The food is fresh and tasty. I had the Breakfast grilled cheese and my daughter had the avocado toast. The grilledcheese was amazing, although I asked for no Sriracha and it came with it anyway. My fear was too much sriracha but this wasperfect. Hot and fresh and so much better than I expected. Came across Lighthouse Cafe by chance while taking the day to explore San Pedro. I was hungry and decided to check it out. ... Immediately loved the decor. Old School coastal small town feel. Sat at the bar and the servers recommended their ?PointFermin? pita. Sandwich was super fresh. Pita was soft and warm. Added bacon and server recommended a side of dressing to topit off. Delicious! Sandwich comes with a side and I chosen their potato salad which was perfect. Added a draft to wash itall down and was completely satisfied. ???? Side note to the owner: not to be picky, but always ?keeping it real? Stoppedback by before heading home for a soda ?to go? and was shocked when told how much. I will recommend your restaurant and I willpersonally be back next time I?m in San Pedro, but $4.00 for a soda???? This just really rubbed me the wrong way. Quaint little spot that we found on Google Maps after leaving the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. The staff was friendly and... attentive. Our order came out pretty quick and it was good. Would definitely stop in again next time I'm in the area. Read more
