I was in the Starbucks at 7pm and the store closes at 8pm. Everything was put away and all the pastries were not available to... purchase. I ordered a drink and asked for kids temperature and when I got my drink it was not at kids temperature and was veryhot. I politely asked if this was kids temperature and the answers was ? yes and I did what you asked? and it was not asked whatI asked for.. the exterior of the Starbucks and their outdoor sweating was dirty with trash in the front entrance and frontparking spots. My experience with Starbucks is each location has it's own customer service approach. Some are without a doubt friendlier... than others, while some just appear to take pride in their work. This location is close to home and while I'm not a coffeedrinker, I order the strawberry acai with lemonade- venti and I buy several hundred dollars of gift cards each year for familyand mostly clients. The Mother's Day and Father's Day gift cards are a big hit. On occasion, I'll have a barrista appear topush back on the amount of gift cards however the Carson store on Sepulveda Blvd seems to be people friendly and try to make myexperience a good one. I have been going to to this location for many years. I have gotten wrong orders poor communication, being over charged,... attitude problems. The manager had to ask me what drink did I order. Since covid the quality of everything went down. I will befollowing this up with corporate. Along with times dates with my bad experiences. Read more

I was a bit dissatisfied my drinks took way to long, but there is alot of parking outside dining area, staff are nice they... probably just had a busy morning so by the time I arrived they were probably a bit tired which is understandable..also bathroomsare available dining area is clean,drinks were accurate and tasted good!????
