This Starbucks is inside of VONS on 13th Street. The staff are super friendly and accomodating here. If you come in during rush... hour (7:30-9:30 a.m.) there's a 25% chance you'll wait 10-15 minutes (total) in line and for your drink to be made. That'sreally the only negative about this location. Tons of parking. The bad reviews appear to be for the new drive thru on 9th streetnot this location. Read more
So I check to see if they are open and on web said that is open I go inside and the girl that is in there she is like I?m sorry... I?m close so I don?t understand how that works? On web is open but u get to the place and is closed is pass 7 am ? At what timethey sell coffee? Read more
Asked for light ice and instead my venti had a bunch of ?space? at the top and was filled with ice. I was in the drive thru... with my screaming baby or else I would have complained - had no choice but to take my brown sugar shaken espresso and run. Mydrink was bitter and watery. Read more

I like this Starbucks because I can get my Carmel macchiato and at the same time I can get some Albertsons Vons chicken visit... the dealt see you can drink a great coffee or tea from Starbucks and eat something good form Vons perfect they have a place youcan sit and enjoy your drink and good Haas is that great or what. Always enjoy my Starbucks. I really enjoy my frappucino made with coconut milk, no whip. I use my Starbucks app so all I have... to do is come in and pick it up. A really delicious treat. I don't like the new point system Starbucks adopted. I know theykeep trying different ways to make a difference with their customers. If ain't broke don't try to fix it. Read more
Service is just okay here. It's mainly set up to be a drive thru which is slow. The walkup window is slow and not terrible... friendly but it's not really the staff's fault because the way the place is set up makes it impersonal. It's a grab your coffeeand go kind of place. Read more
