I love this restaurant and so you could imagine my disappointment when I received the worst service I've ever received last... night. I have worked at plenty of restaurants, so I tend to be more understanding of things like this. However, this is justcomically bad service. I ordered takeout and was quoted an hour for delivery. Two whole hours went by with nothing, so I calledand they told me I'd have to wait another 30 minutes for my food to arrive (I live 20 minutes away). It took 2.5 hours to get myfood delivered! When I called, there was no apology for the delay, no offer of correction of this mistake, nothing other than"well we are slammed, what do you expect?" Atrocious customer service and my family and I have agreed we are done ordering fromhere. This restaurant lost a very loyal group of customers. Read more
