We ordered take-out and was very disappointed when we opened our food upon arriving at home. I ordered the jambalaya and it was... swimming in grease. It was essentially inedible. The boneless wings were ok, but the extra hot isn’t hot at all. Probablywon’t be eating from here again. Read more

This location used to be fantastic. I have no idea what happened, but when a drink order takes 20 minutes, and a rare steak... comes out like leather, and 8 wings are drier than a mummy, you know a restaurant has problems. Don't waste your time. Read more

I've had dozens of lovely experiences at BJ's Brewery locations. Unfortunately, dinner with my family last night was not one of... them. Our food took an extremely long time to come out, and one of our dishes ended up going to someone else's table while theybrought me a totally different plate. Things happen, I know, but when the bill came we were nonetheless charged for TWO of thesame meal. Did it get fixed? Of course, but only at our insistence, and no adjustment was offered despite the fact I watched allmy family finish their meals before mine even arrived. Quick tips: make reservations before coming here on a weekend or else be prepared for a long wait. Also, don’t delay on your... order once your seated. If you have to wait, use the time to look over the menu and nail down all your drink and foodselections. This place is very busy so don’t go in thinking you will get rockstar service, but if you know what you want goingin things will flow a lot better. Read more

I've tried three times, thinking the experience at BJ's would improve. Sadly, the first two times weren't flukes. It's a... consistently frustrating experience and don't think I will give it another shot. First, the food. It's okay...kind of like allApplebee's clones. A little bit of everything on the massive book of a menu, but nothing that doesn't seem generic. But thereal problem here is with the service. We always have to wait at least 10 minutes for a table, even though half the dining roomis empty. This tells me they are seriously understaffed. Then it takes a long time to get a server to come to the table. Andafter finally ordering it takes about 30 minutes before food arrives. Every time...this is not an exaggeration. The servers andgreeters seem very unhappy about the work environment and are less than friendly. Again, this is after 3 separate attempts todine at BJ's. Read more

BJs is a pretty solid place for American eats. I was pleasantly surprised at how juicy the pork chops were and how well... everything else were cooked. Thursday special is ribs- they aren't super consistent and can sometimes be on the dry side. Butit's a great deal if you're craving ribs!
