I see posts of people having great customer service. They thought the food was good. I went there a couple days ago, the food... was not good, and the customer service was awful. I was with a friend who travels to see me. We have gone to otherrestaurants in the area and it was far better food and customer service. We will try again to see if it was just a bad day. Food very good. But inexplicably, while some diners were still eating lunch, someone on the staff started cleaning the floors... with a machine, with accompanying noise and smell of disinfectant. Spoke with our server, and hopefully she had passed ourcomments along and no one will make that mistake again. Cleaning is for after the restaurant closes or before it opens. Read more
Went to this restaurant at lunch for the first time under new management with my husband. We both loved the food. We were... sharing Pappardelle Con Funghi (Wide ribbon pasta, roasted mixed mushrooms, white wine, Calabrian chilies, arugula, pecorino)and Melanzane Alla Parmigiana (Breaded eggplant, mozzarella, parmigiana, marinara) and they were delicious! This place is definitely not ready to be fully open. Service is super slow and when food came, they came all together from... appetizers to main dish. It took me a long time to get a server to ask about dessert menu. The most disappointing thing isgarlic bread- you barely taste the garlic flavor, this is the worst garlic bread of all the restaurants we?ve been in Bay Area.We were very unhappy with this visit and won?t be back again! I can?t say enough about how wonderful it was to have our family party on the outdoor patio! The food was absolutely amazing and... service was excellent.
