I am giving one star because of poor service, not because the food was bad. I stopped in here to pick up some food per the... request of a very particular vegan friend. I have lived in Europe for over a decade and I do not eat at Chipotle. I may havebeen in a Chipotle 12-15 years ago but I don?t know what their menu is all about. The young man preparing the food was nice andwas answering some questions that I had. Then this young woman comes over and takes over, as if to tell me to hurry up. I askedher a few questions and instead of answering them politely she told me to stop pointing over the glass. Ok, fair enough but shedidn?t answer my questions. I asked if the spicy salsa had a smokey flavor and she didn?t answer, just slopped it on my ricebowl. I the asked the cashier if she was a manager and he said yes!!She is a manager and treated me like I had no right to askquestions about the food. I live in Europe lady, we don?t have Chipotle restaurants there. The rice bowl was ok but the servicefrom this young lady ruined the experience for me. I am a chipotle fan eat several times a month and this is the worst i ever been. The food was lacking seasoning tasted horrible.... The person serving my food would not put even a whole spoon of each item. Staff was friendly but had to wait 10 minutes for chicken to be cooked. Cook was also busy giving hi fives to others and then... not seen washing his hands.
