A great place to go if you need a healthy smoothie. The location is great, sat neatly in the middle of Northgate 1. There is a... wide variety of items to choose from which is a plus, since most juice shops only have a few options. However, since the servicewas a little slow, and staff got my order wrong a few times, I'd give this Jamba a 4/5. Read more
They are very quick, efficient, and the food/drinks are always prepared greatly. I do appreciate that the environment is thought... of with their paper straws. However, paper straws just do not work with smoothies. The past several times I’ve gotten asmoothie from here, I can hardly drink it because the paper straw gets clogged or bent. I’d highly recommend switching over toa different eco-friendly straw that isn’t paper. Read more
The manager at this Jamba Juice is going to ruin its great reputation! My girl and I were in line to have our order taken when... he decided to pass us up and help two other people. I had to voice my discontent before he decided to take my order. Then whenour order was up they called out the name of someone else for my order. Once I had confirmed with the girl behind the counter,who couldn't speak, that it was in fact my order I see something black in the middle of my drink!!! I asked what it was and wastold it was a piece of Kale... I have never had a piece of kale or anything else that shouldn't have been in my drink, in mydrink, so this was quite a surprise. It wasn't until I asked why it was in my drink and how it got there that they offered toremake my drink. All in all, this was less than a one star visit and don't plan on any return trips here until the staff hasbeen changed out for staff that are competent in their abilities...namely CUSTOMER SERVICE! Super slow. Waited 20 min despite 4 people working. Seemed to be filling a lot of online orders whole leaving all the in-store... customers waiting. Smoothie came out as ordered but would go elsewhere next time. I have been going to Jamba for 10 years andnever waited this long...ever. Oh well. Next time another place. Read more
