I placed a mobile order at 8:10 AM arrived at the drive-through 8:30 AM, they did not have my order ready. I waited another... five minutes and asked for 2 cups of water while I waited and was ignored. I wasn?t given a receipt, no napkins and again Iasked for a cup of water and I was told to pay $.25. It was OK for a fast food place. Kinda pricey for size of what you order. No napkins and order took awhile.
Ordered unsalted fries, got salted fries. Asked for 2 cups of water, when I got to the window the person rudely said I already... gave you one, had charged me for it. I would have preferred they charged me for both and gave me what I asked for. Ordered twofull meals, they asked me about dipping sauce, got zero dipping sauces. Better of the San Rafael McDonald's. Fries are more than not fresh during meal hours due to traffic and if you choose to dine-in... there is still the old school refills on drinks. My issue is with the automated McDonald's and kiosk. Most offer no morerefills, comfort or ambiance. Yupp, I said ambiance. Nope, my money is that of blue collar working class, so I appreciate the bygone experience McDonald's used to offer. Sit-down, sip your coffee, read a news paper. Read more
Ordered on July 7 at 2:40 and they had a big attitude w my uncle and I. I asked for sprite and got coke, also before that I... asked for my coupons from the McDonald?s app and they denied it because she decided to swipe the card first before adding thecoupon if free 20 chicken nuggets. My uncle ordered a filet sandwich only to find out it was still cold. Worse McDonald?sservice, employees and food taste was actually different and cold. Very unprofessional location. I waited on an order for half an hour, didn't get it, requested refund multiple times and the... cashier kept asking me to pay for another order. I showed my receipt, showed the credit card transaction on my phone, and wasasked to wait until there wasn't a line. 45min later they bring my order out, at which point I didn't want it, and had to askthree more times for a refund. I get that orders get missed or screwed up every now and then, it happens, but at least have thedecency to apologize, be patient, and simply give a refund when requested. Well I got breakfast Egg Mc Muffon and hash browns. The hash browns had a bite out of it. Called their district office,... corporate office and the health department. Never ever will darken the door of McDonald's. Read more
Nice place 7 dollar big Macs whew fast food prices are gone place was really clean, now using the app it's great got two quarter... pinders for 6 bucks tasted great I like them plain no pickles or catsup. Read more
