Been going to this location for years. Always order on the app, to make sure I get the loyalty points. My family of 5 all say... it’s their favorite pizza, and it’s always ready when they say it’ll be ready. The daily specials are a great deal. Read more
I had a very bad experience ordering delivery from Northgate One Round Table Pizza in the 94903 are of San Rafael. Apparently,... I got a call center, and I had a bad connection and the girl who took the call had a very thick irritating accent that was hardto understand and really couldn't do her job. She said her name is Ize. The order was almost complete, and I asked to talk toa supervisor, so she cancelled the order. The supervisor was one of the worst employees I have ever talked to and couldn't getanything correct I told him. So, I hung up. He said his name is Aliae. He was the absolute worst. I recommend not callingfor delivery from them. It was a very, very bad experience. Read more
After getting caught in the rain on my bike, I just wanted something warm to eat before making the 60 mile ride home. And... Northgate round table hit the spot. The order was done perfect, it was done quick, they’re following all safety guidelines,and was delicious. The guy at the register was very polite, courteous, and took care of me. This is one of the best Round Table’s around! They really take their time to make your order right and it shows. Pictured is... the Charred Lemon Salad and a Chicken BBQ pizza. I have tried the salad at other Round Tables but this one has been the best! They give you the right amount of ingredients as well as charring the lemons! Thank you for great service! Read more

I arrived to pick up the food I ordered and paid for on their website around the time it was said to be ready. There was a long... line of people from the same group who had just arrived. Even though they were in the same group they were ordering one by onerather slowly, and it was loud. I could see my pizza on the counter, it was the only one there. After waiting several minutes Idecided to just walk up and claim my pizza as I figured it was getting cold. The first thing the cashier said upon making eyecontact was telling me to wait in line. I wish the cashier would've been less dismissive and simply asked what I needed first.It took all of three seconds for them to hand me the pizza and salad bowl (never received a fork and just got one from myhotel). Also, there was no Caesar dressing for the Caesar salad, only blue cheese and ranch. I didn't bother asking and promptlyleft. Maybe I shouldn't have tipped on my order ahead of time. I wish I would've just ordered food from somewhere else. Read more
