Wow, avoid this Store if you can. Over ran by High School kids in the AM and Staff is over worked and not friendly.
today I had an unpleasant experience I went with my daughter to the store, everything was fine until the young woman with braids... and glasses and she was Latina we asked her for some straws and she threw the straws on the table and turned around she was veryrude and Other people who were there did not say anything, it was an American woman and another Latino? the truth is that badservice and that little education and way of serving customers???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I stopped by around 1:30pm to get a coffee and a bagel.5 employees behind the counter including the cashier, i was the only... customer. So, I ordered a coffee with a bit of milk and a bagel well toasted with butter and cream cheese. Total $8.50 approx. Iused the restroom and I was surprised how dirty it was. I have been in many other locations and the bathroom is usually prettyclean. I left and when I open the paper bag my bagel wasn't cut and of course not toasted, the coffee was almost cold, I cameback to let them know. The cashier smile and kept talking with a coworker, toasted the bagel put it back in the paper bag andsaid: here! About the coffee nothing I can do that's all we have. I wonder if the manager if they have one cares about thislocation and condition, since not just the restroom was dirty but also the counter and floor, really sad to see this Starbucksin such a poor service condition with 5 employees. Great location and service. Parking is a bit different than the usual Starbucks locations. There are two reserved parking spots... for Starbucks which was nice. They have swift and friendly service! Read more
