Laughably bad customer service and mannerisms. This used to be a family favorite, but I guess growing up I may have been... ignorant of how run down this shop was. Bagel sandwich quality has declined, too. Their only saving grace is the bagelsthemselves are still good. At least Sunrise Bagel Cafe has fairer service, their food quality is healthier (ie, they cooktheir eggs instead of microwaving from a frozen package), and bagels feel less greasy. Read more
Bad service, cold and unfriendly, impolite, messed up orders, too slow, obvious operational issues, kitchen is like keystone... cops, coffee frequently runs out. We came here for decades and used to enjoy it but now three incidents in a row on top ofnumerous sporadic incidents is just getting to be too much. They are striking out, and they have never apologized or made anygood faith concessions. So we will put this place on our avoid list since nearby Peet's, Philz, Sunrise and other competitorsare abundant. We will take our hard-earned dollars where we are treated best. Read more

Employees here are absolute garbage. Worth the drive to Danville for the better Bagel Street. Expect your pick-up order to be... ready 15 minutes after you arrive at this San Ramon location. Employees standing around talking instead of making food. I?veseen the employees disrespect and ignore delivery drivers. It?s really pathetic, tbh. Takes 5x as long as the other BagelStreet, same food, same number of employees, same busy rush hours?Danville location is amazing, this San Ramon one isn?t worththe hassle. Read more

If I could give more than 5 stars , I would. I landed up here because I needed a place to work on my laptop for a few hours. The... veggie sandwich was amazing !!!! But better still, the staff! They were super courteous to all the customers, very very patientand just overall awesome. Posh Bagel Fremont can learn a thing or two about customer service and making some amazing veggieoptions from there folks . I really wish they open in Fremont as well! Read more
Fresh and friendly. Provides a nice warm space to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Wide range of items to choose from and customize.... Bagels are especially soft and baked well. Read more
